The Hizmet Hospital, (hizmet for “Service” in Turkish) established on October 30, 2000 by way of the "Service First" principle of the Turkish Kidney Foundation, has been and is being managed by the Memorial Health Group since 1 March 2010.

The Memorial Hizmet Hospital is located in a central location where the patients can reach the hospital at any time, with its 12.000 m2 closed area, 35 intensive care units (9 general intensive care units, 10 coronary and stroke intensive care units, 11 newborn intensive care units and 5 cardiac surgery intensive care units) for a total bed capacity of 113, 4 operation rooms, a conference hall for 120 people and a parking lot for 200 cars the hospital is providing international quality health services. In the Emergency Service section are 6 short stay beds, 1 emergency room and 24 hours service is being provided.

In the departments of Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery, all complex procedures and operations can be carried out with teams consisting of faculty members and specialist physicians.
Our hospital is providing; 7/24 heart attack emergency intervention, angiography (through the groin and arm), balloon, stenting applications, axess surgery (A-V fistula opening, repair), peripheral artery intervention (balloon, stent ECOS) bypass and all other cardiovascular surgery operations. All interventional procedures including the modern anjio unit EVAR (endovascular aortic stenting in aortic aneurysms) can be performed.

The Memorial Hizmet Hospital kidney transplant team brings many chronic renal failure patients back to life with living donor and cadaveric donor organ transplants every year.
One of the biggest problems faced by dialysis patients during their treatment of other health problems is the disruption or failure of current dialysis treatments. The dialysis treatment of the patients is not disrupted due to the Memorial Hizmet Hospital serving in all branches and maintaining the presence of dialysis center withing the hospital itself. Especially surgical operations that require long-term hospitalization (such as bypass, prostate, and colon surgery) and during special procedures (angio, minimally invasive surgery etc.), every year a large number of dialysis patients gain back their healt thanks to the Memorial Hizmet Hospital.
Surgical treatment of the whole urinary system (kidney, urinary tract, bladder, prostate, urogenital diseases) kidney, adrenal gland, bladder and prostate cancers of the entire urinary are being performed. Treatment of kidney and urinary tract stones by ESWL via holmium laser is being performed as well and urinary incontinence surgeries are concluded with success.

Turkey's most comprehensive stroke (paralysis) diagnosis and treatment program is implemented at the Memorial Hizmet Hospital. In the Stroke Acute Treatment Unit, all treatment applications are provided every hour of the day with the principle of serving 7 days / 24 hours in order to meet the acute treatment needs of stroke patients.
In our Neurovascular Center; stroke, brain hemorrhages, brain aneurysms, head trauma, brain tumors, spinal surgery (such as hernia, scoliosis, tumor) spine trauma and all alike intervention as well as coil embolization procedures in cerebral aneurysms (closing aneurysm without surgery) are successfully accomplished with thanks to the advanced technological infrastructure.
Specialized treatments such as Yttrium 90 radioembolization therapy are also especially performed in cancer patients and in liver lesions. Ablation therapy is performed with iodine 131 in the iodine room.
The Memorial Hizmet Hospital Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is also one of the most preferred centers in its own field in Istanbul. Thanks to the specialist physicians in the field, the surgery rooms and birth rooms at international standards, thousands of infants are borny every year in the Hizmet Hospital. Babies, the most precious beings of the family are being cared for by the experienced New Born Intensive Care team.
In addition, minimally invasive (closed) surgical procedures (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy) are used for uterine ovarian cancers, myoma, cyst, urinary incontinence operations and genitalplasty operations and all other female health related procedures are carried out as well.
The Orthopedics and Traumatology department performs all orthopedic surgical procedures, including hip-knee prosthesis, knee-shoulder arthroscopic procedures (meniscus, ligament operations, mosaicplasty operations), scoliosis surgery, height extension, curvature correction, trauma and tumor surgery and pediatric orthopedic interventions.
All minimally invasive (closed) and other surgical procedures including whole colon-rectum-gastric-pancreas-thyroid cancer surgery are performed in the General Surgery department. "Laparoscopic Bariatric Surgery" applications in the treatment of obesity (obesity), the disease of modern day as well as "Laparoscopic Nissen Funduplication" application for the treatment of gastric hernia which causes reflux disease are treatments used for the succesfull recovery of many patients.
Cancer surgery (laryngeal cancers, tongue cancers, etc.) being included as well as all specific otorhinolaryngologic procedures, including surgery for all otorhinolaryngologic surgeries, surgery for snoring and sleep apnea, tonsil-adenoid surgeries are being performed via utilisation of modern technology.
Memorial Hizmet Hospital has its own dedicated area, special emergency room for pediatric patients and a pediatric unit with a blood collection unit, where in addition to general pediatrics, services in many branches are offered, including pediatric endocrinology, pediatric cardiology and pediatric hematology. Including all congenital anomaly surgeries in the branches of pediatric urology and pediatric surgery, procedures such as circumcisition and groing hernia surgeries are performed successfully. Intestinal invagination, that is carried out in a small number of institutions and requires no surgery, is provided 7/24 in our institution.
At Memorial Hizmet Hospital, that provides services in all general branches such as dermatology and cosmetology, nutrition and diet, internal medicine; all other services related to the diagnosis and treatment of endocrinology, gastroenterology, nephrology, oncology, hematology conditions are provided as well. Patients in the medical oncology department can receive chemotherapy treatments. In gastroenterology all endoscopic procedures (gastroscopy, colonoscopy, rectoscopy) are performed including ERCP applications.
