Your process starts from your decision to be treated in Turkey and the file which shows your treatment will be done in Turkey is sent to you in order to be used in your visa application by the health center where the physician you preferred is employed in.
Before you come to Turkey please be sure that the validity of your passport is at least 90 days. You can stay as a tourist for up to 3 months with a single input depending on the country you came from. There is no need to have visa pre-application for many other citizens, they can get the tourist visa at the border directly. But you should click http://www.mfa.gov.tr and visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to learn the valid visa conditions of your country. You can also apply to the Turkish Consulates located in your country.

ATMs are almost on every corner in Turkey. It is possible to withdraw money from ATMs with international credit or debit cards. International credit and debit cards can generally be used at stores, cafes and restaurants. In some small shops, restaurants and cafés, you cannot use your international cards, so we advise you to have some cash.

Pharmacies are open from 09.00 to 19.00 every day except on Sundays, but there is always a pharmacy 24/7 on duty in every region. Banks serve between 09.00-17.00 on weekdays. Restaurants and cafés usually serve until 24.00 on weekdays and until 02.00 on weekends but these hours may vary depending on each restaurant and café.
